A conditioning game for defending outnumbered. Three defenders stand in the middle of a 20 m square with attacking groups on each side. The coach calls a side and that group attacks across the square; as soon as the play ends, another side is called and the same three defenders must turn, realign and get connected again. It rewards fast talk and defending the most dangerous space first. Rotate the defenders after a set number of attacks.
