Teaches a kick chase that stays onside and arrives as one line. The kicker and everyone level with or behind them chase straight away; players in front of the kicker wait until the kicker runs past them. The chasers go up flat, with the edges a step ahead so the catcher cannot get round them, and a sweeper stays deep in case of a kick back. Use it for exits and contestable kicks, then progress to a live kick-return.
