We collect the minimum information needed to operate the Pro upgrade and sync it across your devices.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personal information. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device only.
iOS: Pro purchases made through the iOS app are processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store any payment card information. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data.
Web: Pro purchases made through the web app are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data. We receive only a session reference to confirm that payment was completed.
Your Pro entitlement is linked to your anonymous Apple ID, which means buying Pro on one platform (iOS or web) automatically unlocks it on the other when you sign in with the same Apple ID.
Your entitlement record (anonymous Apple ID + Pro status + purchase date) is stored on servers operated by Cloudflare, Inc. in accordance with their data processing terms. Game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The anonymous Apple ID we store does not constitute personal information under COPPA. If you believe a child has made a purchase, please contact us and we will process a refund.
We retain your entitlement record for as long as your Pro purchase is valid. To request deletion of your entitlement record, contact us at the address below. Note that deletion will remove your Pro access from all platforms.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
