Rugby Animator is designed to be private by default. You can create, edit and animate plays on iPhone or in the web app without an account, and the plays you make stay in your own iCloud. This policy explains the limited information involved when you sync across devices or buy the optional Pro upgrade. It covers both the Rugby Animator iPhone app and the companion web app at southlondonsilicon.com.
Plays you create are stored on your device and, when you are signed in to iCloud, synced through Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) to your own private iCloud storage so they appear on your other devices and in the web app. This content lives in your personal iCloud account and is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. We, the developer, cannot read the contents of your private iCloud plays.
The one-time Pro purchase is handled by trusted payment providers — Apple's App Store on iPhone, and Stripe in the web app. You enter your card and payment details directly with those providers, who process the payment. We never see or store your full card details; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, which we use to grant Pro access.

Rugby Animator is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The only personal data we handle is the Apple identifier associated with an optional purchase.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
